What the WEHO website processes, what it does not receive, and the limits of external services.
Contact form
The current contact form validates entries in your browser and opens your chosen email application. Form contents are not submitted to or stored in a WEHO website database. If you send the email, your email provider and the receiving provider process it under their own terms.
Operational records
The hosting system may create limited technical logs, such as request time, requested path, network address and security events, to operate and protect the service. Access is restricted and records are retained only for operational and security needs.
External links
Links to source organizations open external services with their own privacy practices. A citation does not transfer your form data to that source.
Choices and inquiries
Avoid sending sensitive data. For a privacy inquiry, use the contact method and describe the request without including unnecessary personal information. This notice will be updated if website data flows change.
