What WEHO is today

WEHO is an independent public-interest digital publishing initiative focused on ecological environment and human health. We currently maintain this website, curate source-based educational material, and develop transparent editorial and evidence practices.

What is still being developed

A broader institutional structure, programmes, partnerships, field activities and formal governance bodies are plans, not current operations. They will not be described as established until evidence and approvals exist.

Independence

WEHO is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the United Nations, the World Health Organization, any government, or any intergovernmental organization. References to external institutions identify sources only.

Accountability

Public articles identify an editor, a separate reviewer, sources and verification dates. Material corrections are recorded under the corrections policy. Registration information will be published only after official documents are received and verified.
